Postcard collecting is hugely popular and a fascinating insight into social history. We are always looking to buy old collections. Do you have postcards that you are looking to sell? Collecting Old Postcards
While picture postcards of holiday venues or saucy images of fat ladies in bathing suits may not be all that valuable, good photographic cards with historic value such as old villages or forgotten country pastimes may well be desirable.
Early advertisers such as Cadbury's or Sunlight Soap employed top artists to create their images, many of which can be found on postcards from the time.
Some artists actually produced their own cards; an original by Toulouse Lautrec or Mocha could be very valuable indeed.
Other collectables, well sought after, include autographs, letters, film or theatre posters and sports programmes.

We can arrange to collect heavy lots.
We can arrange for heavy postcard albums and accumulations to be picked up by Royal Mail Parcelforce, at our expense (this applies to UK mainland only). We do not charge for the valuation and, if we cannot agree on a price, we will return the goods to you free of charge. If you do agree to sell, we can post a cheque within 24 hours, for the full amount. It's that simple!
